Chris Cullen

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Chris joined Praxis in October of 2022 after having served as Director Business Development for BlueHalo. Chris has spent the past 20 years working within the Intelligence Community. More specifically, he has spent the majority of his career leading across the business development lifecycle. He is passionate about strategy and growing dynamic teams. Chris began his career as a Systems Engineer with National Semiconductor.

Chris received his B.A. in Philosophy from UMBC and his MBA from Penn State. He resides in Ellicott City with his wife and their three boys. As a family they love hiking and traveling as much as possible.
