Jia (pronounced Jay) joined Praxis in 2011 as an Intel Recruiter for the VA Sector and became our Recruiting Manager in 2021. While at Praxis she has assisted in growing the Praxis footprint in the VA market and now the MD markets by leading and mentoring a team of Recruiters on sourcing and recruiting for Engineers with a variety of experiences in Software/Reverse Engineers/Machine Learning/Data Scientists, etc. She has led efforts to develop an employee-focused culture with a variety of events to please employees and their families. Increased Praxis visibility with traditional and non-traditional marketing. Jia has over 19years of experience recruiting in the DoD/Intel Market and has recruited on contracts for Software Engineers, Reverse engineers, Data Scientist, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NAVSEA, Forensic Scientists. Jia is passionate about Recruiting/Marketing/Branding and is always finding new ways to grow the Praxis footprint.

Jia received B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Economics from University of Maryland. She resides in Oakton, VA with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family, introducing her children to new experiences, dining with friends, the latest in home or personal gadget/tech, and a good movie/show.
